Home Health from Hillview

Need help with daily activities?

Hillview Health Center’s Home Community Based Services are delivered daily by a separate trained staff who provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, hair care, personal hygiene, dressing assistance, plus the run of essential errands like prescription pickup and grocery shopping. We provide services as part of the Choices and Options programs. The cost of our home services are covered by many insurance providers.

Meals on Wheels

In addition, we offer Meals on Wheels and are able to deliver multiple hot meals to you or your loved one 7 days a week. Our staff will deliver lunch as needed to Carter and Washington counties. We are able to take private pay along with the Choices and Options programs.
